Rolling Down the Hill...
Okay, so strangely enough this video, and a comment I made about it on Facebook, got this BIG, BLOODY, ZOMBIE LOVING BALL rolling down the hill To eventually get me ( With lots of help from friends and in particular Christina. Who is a wonderful person all around because she not only gave her all to help me make this page but gets up every day and does the same with every other part of her life as well. ) to create the site you are looking at right now. So not only does it have the scientific qualities worth hearing, and for you skeptics, at least worth looking up, but it also is the reason all of this is here. So I felt it was only right to post this. So here now. Witness the origins of MY ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE CHOSEN FEW!!!
Okay here is the thing that bothers me about this. I don't know how many of you caught that documentary a month or so ago on TV about zombies and if it is possible for there to actually be zombies, but in this documentary they showed that not only was it possible but scientists where already attempting it in a lab. PROBLEM. I know all my horror movie geek friends know the answer to this. I also know that in a moment you will wish you didn't. In almost every zombie movie, how do zombie apocalypses start?IN A LAB SOMEWHERE WHERE SOME SCIENTIST IS "EXPERIMENTING," and then the next thing you know it gets out of the lab and, voila, we have a zombie apocalypse... Unsettling isn't it? We apparently need to sit these scientists down and have them watch every zombie movie ever made and then have them decide if what they are doing is a good idea!!!

Okay so that was the original post I had posted on FaceBook . Which,BTW, I still think is very valid. Crazy people. We just gotta keep poking things with sticks until we get a reaction... But that nature itself is what got me so curious in the first place. Wanting to explore all the controversy. So I guess I am just as guilty.
I generally understand why its hard to believe in the possibility of zombies. Let alone the existence of them all together. For most people its just the thought of there childhood horrors coming to life that tends to be too much for their minds to comprehend. However, the ones I don't understand about why they just can't bring themselves to believe in zombies, are the ones who don't because when they pictured them, they always had a picture of them devouring almost the entirety of man kind overnight like in most of the zombie movies. Nothing is ever quite that simple. Not even extinction.
For example: The majority of people who do believe in zombies believe that they will manifest from some kind of virus. However, we have viruses all over this world without the ability to leave a continent. Even more that can but would and have taken years. So for us to actually have a zombie apocalypse, it wouldn't be anything like the movies where that one thing goes wrong in a lab somewhere. A lot of other things would have to go wrong after that as well before we have an outbreak of zombie-ism on a globe scale.
Now, I am by no means saying that it's not likely. I honestly believe it might, and soon. However, that opinion is more based off of my gut and the fact that, as many others, I feel a dramatic change is coming soon to us all. Though I will not offer that opinion often on this site, because anything I post to explain my point about this would be pure feeling. I want posts to be fact and not fiction. I think that people have an easier time responding to fact as apposed to faith in other people. ( As sad as that is. ) Though I do understand the urge to find people more believable when they only speak on things they have taken the time to educate themselves on. So yes... this is where it all started, but I hope it doesn't end that quickly. There are so many things we can learn from each other and teach each other at the same time. I hope we get the chance.
Also, though I have not yet found the documentary that I had mentioned earlier that came on TV, I will not stop looking so I can post it...
I FOUND IT!!!!!
